AI products for telecom operators

Operator-grade AI that runs inside your network.

Aivore builds speech, knowledge, and media-integrity systems for telecom operators. Each product deploys into your own infrastructure, works on your data, and follows your policies — so subscriber information never leaves your perimeter.

Your perimeter Closed
Call recordings Audio · transcripts · QA signals
Knowledge index Built under your existing ACLs
Media screening Manipulation and deepfake checks
Assistant tools Plans · drafts · reviews
Subscriber data and indexes stay inside. Data egress = 0.

The problem

Operator teams are asked to know more than anyone can read.

01

Every call is a record nobody reads

Thousands of subscriber conversations happen every day. Complaints, churn signals, and recurring network issues stay buried in audio that nobody has time to replay.

02

Knowledge is scattered

Product, network, and regulatory documents live in different systems. Agents and engineers lose hours rediscovering answers that already exist somewhere in the archive.

03

Synthetic media is reaching subscribers

Manipulated voice, image, and video now travel through operator channels. Authenticity has to be verified with evidence, not assumed.

What we build

Four products, one deployment model.

Every Aivore product installs into the operator's environment and runs against data that stays there. No shared SaaS tenant, no content leaving the perimeter.

Speech AI for contact centers

Batch transcription and analytics over operator call recordings. Conversations that used to stay as audio become searchable text with topic and quality signals.

  • Multilingual transcription
  • Topic and quality analytics
  • Searchable call archive

Knowledge retrieval

Retrieval over operator documentation. Agents and engineers get cited answers drawn from current product, network, and regulatory documents — not from a model's memory.

  • Answers with source citations
  • Indexing under existing ACLs
  • Refresh on document change

Media trust

Detection of manipulated and synthetic media in content that moves through operator channels. Every verdict is delivered with the evidence that produced it.

  • Image and video analysis
  • Face and whole-frame signals
  • Evidence, not just a label

Engineering assistant

An assistant that works on operator repositories, runbooks, and internal tooling under explicit policies. Every change is a tracked task with the evidence behind it.

  • Works on your code and docs
  • Policy-gated actions
  • Full audit trail

Deployment

A four-week pilot, measured against your baseline.

One workflow, one team, real traffic. We agree the measurements before we start, so the decision at the end is made on evidence rather than impression.

Week 1

Baseline

Pick one workflow — a call queue, a document set, or a media stream — and measure how it runs today.

Week 2

Deployment

Installation inside your infrastructure, indexing under existing ACLs, policy configuration.

Weeks 3–4

Real traffic

Your own calls, documents, or media run through the system end to end.

Outcome

Decision

Results compared against the week-one baseline. You decide whether to roll out.

Security by architecture

Subscriber data never leaves your network.

This is a property of where the system runs, not a promise about how we handle your data. Aivore products deploy inside your infrastructure, so there is no egress path to trust in the first place.

  • Deployed on-premise or into your private cloud
  • Audio, transcripts, documents, and indexes stay inside your network
  • No subscriber content is used to train outside models
  • Scoped credentials and per-service policies
  • Human approval required for high-risk actions
  • Processing in isolated, short-lived environments
